1. Order transaction

2. Price, payment and shipping
The price is 69.- CHF incl. shipping in Switzerland, Germany and France. For all other countries please contact us for detailed international shipping information.
For all orders outside Switzerland we require prepayment. We will ship your purchase after having received your payment.
Your purchase will be shipped via 
within 3-4 working days within Switzerland. Express delivery is only possible upon request.
EU Zone: we use DHL Services as our shipping partner in the EU Zone. For international orders outside the EU Zone, please contact us for more detailed shipping information and prices.
3. Returns and exchanges
You have a right to return the article within 14 days. Please check the purchased items immediately after receipt.
Returns:
- Simply report within 7 days after receipt
- Return: the item is not used and with a label
- Exchange or refund will be transferred after we have received the article
Usually we will refund your money within 3-5 working days, maximum 14 days.
4. Quality
The quality of the products and working conditions are very important to us!
Our towels are produced in Portugal. The textiles of the factory, where our towel is produced, are certified with Oeko TexSTANDARD 100 label awarded and SMETA “Sedex Members Ethical Trade” tested so we can assure you that the textiles are safe and harmless from an human economic point of view.
